✿ Điều khoản dịch vụ
1. Quá trình đặt commission sẽ được thực hiện như sau
Lấy slot - Bạn gửi brief*, Lus báo giá - Thanh toán 100% - Nhận & chỉnh sketch - Nhận Line, Base, Final (sau mỗi step mình sẽ nhắn bạn để cập nhật và chỉnh sửa) - Gửi file final qua Google Drive hoặc Email.

2. Lus sẽ lên line & màu sau khi nhận được ít nhất 100% tiền commission, sau khi sketch được duyệt bạn sẽ thanh toán nốt.

3. Lus có quyền từ chối commission của bạn nếu như Lus cảm thấy không thể nhận.

4. Lus nhận sửa sketch và base tối đa 3 lần, nếu sau đó sửa thêm sẽ tính thêm phí (nên bạn hãy xem sửa kĩ trong một lần nhé, khuyến khích bạn vẽ thẳng lên sketch/base để mình dễ chỉnh sửa đúng ý bạn nhé). Sau khi chốt sketch/ base/ final Lus sẽ không nhận chỉnh sửa art nữa.

5. Lus không nhận refund sau khi đã bắt đầu lên màu. Nếu trong trường hợp Lus là người refund, thì Lus sẽ refund 100%. Còn nếu bạn là người huỷ commission trong bất kì trường hợp nào, Lus sẽ không hoàn lại thanh toán của bạn.

6. Deadline sẽ giao động từ 1 đến 4 tuần tuỳ vào mẫu và thứ tự slot, nếu bạn cần gấp hãy báo với Lus để thương lượng nhé.

7. Chỉ nhận chuyển khoản bằng ngân hàng hoặc MoMo nhé (Có nhận chuyển bằng Paypal ạ).

8. Nếu file commission xảy ra vấn đề vui lòng nhắn tin trực tiếp cho mình để sửa lỗi. Lus sẽ không nhận các phản hồi về commission sau khi hoàn thành commission.

9. Vui lòng gửi brief trong vòng 6 ngày kể từ ngày lấy slot nhé. Sau 6 ngày nếu như bạn không báo/hẹn Lus trước Lus xin phép huỷ slot để tránh làm mất thời gian các slot còn lại nhé.

10. File mặc định bạn nhận được: PNG (đã tách nền, crop sát), JPEG (có nền trắng). Có thể yêu cầu PSD

11. Lus không nhận tách lẻ layer cho các commission có full background. Chỉ nhận tách layer nếu như là commission chibi nhỏ có layer decor, nếu cần file psd có layer decor riêng vui lòng báo Lus trước khi xuất file.

12. File comm mặc định trong khổ 2000x2000px.

✿ Lưu ý 1
Để đảm bảo mô tả, yêu cầu chính xác bạn có thể gửi link google doc để có thể hình dung dễ dàng hơn.

✿ Lưu ý 2: Về Màu Sắc
Bảng màu của Lus sẽ thiêng về pastel neon, nên nếu bạn muốn dùng màu đen xám bình thường hãy báo lus trước khi/ trong quá trình sửa base nhé ❗️
✿ Về bản quyền
1. Đối với commission cá nhân, cả Lus và bạn đều không có quyền được phân phối lại và không có quyền sử dụng hình ảnh đó với mục đích thương mại trừ khi commission được đặt là commission thương mại.

2. Mình sẽ đăng commission của bạn lên trang cá nhân cho mục đích sample. Bạn có quyền từ chối. Hãy nhắn báo trước cho Lus trước khi commission hoàn thiện nhé, tuỳ loại commission sẽ có/ không có phí private.

3. Nếu bạn muốn đặt commission với mục đích thương mại thì phải nhắn đã trao đổi với Lus ( vd như: làm event offline (trừ offline phi lợi nhuận) , fes, đăng post trên trang cá nhân để quảng bá (vtuber), etc. Đối với loại commission thương mại trên Lus sẽ lấy x2 giá gốc nhé!

4. Commission phi thương mại có thể mang in ấn các sản phẩm cá nhân thoải mái không cần báo lại với Lus. Còn đối với event phi lợi nhuận vẫn có thể in ấn thoải mái không cần báo số lượng, nhưng hãy báo cho Lus trước nhé.

✿ Term Of Service
1. Commission Process
Claim a slot – You send me your brief*, and Lus will give you the price, pay 100% upfront.
Recieve & approve the sketch– Recieve Line, Base, Final – Lus will keep you updated after each step for updates and revisions.
Final delivery – Lus send the finished files via Google Drive or email.

2. Lus only start working on the line art and coloring after receiving the full payment. Once your sketch is approved, you’re all set!

3. Lus reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel it’s not a good fit for me.

4. Revisions
You can request up to 3 revisions on the sketch and base stages. Additional changes after that will incur extra fees, so please take your time to review! To make things easier, feel free to draw directly on the sketch/base to show exactly what you’d like adjusted. I won't allow changes after confirmation of each step.

5. Refunds
Lus don’t offer refunds once I’ve started coloring.
If I’m the one initiating the refund (for any reason), you’ll get a full 100% refund.
If you decide to cancel your commission at any point, unfortunately, Lus won’t be able to refund your payment.

6. Turnaround Time
Deadlines typically range from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and the current slot order. If you need it sooner, just let me know and we can discuss!

7. Payment Methods
Lus accept bank transfers or MoMo only (I’m also accepting PayPal).

8. If there’s an issue with your commissioned file, feel free to message me directly so Lus can fix it. Please note that Lus won’t be able to address feedback or requests once the commission is marked as complete

9. Please submit your brief within 6 days of securing your slot. After 6 days, if you do not notify/schedule an appointment with Lus beforehand, Lus reserves the right to cancel your slot to avoid wasting the time of other slots.

10. File Details: By default, you’ll receive:
PNG (transparent background, cropped tightly)
JPEG (with white background)
PSD files are available upon request

11. Do not accept layer splitting for commissions with full backgrounds. Layer splitting is only accepted for small chibi commissions with decorative layers; if you need psd file with seperated decor layer, please inform Lus before exporting the file.

12. All commission files are set to a default size of 2000x2000px.

To make sure your description and requests are as clear as possible, feel free to send a Google Doc link so I can better visualize what you're looking for.

✿ Note 2: About Color Palette
Lus’s color palette tends to lean towards pastel and neon shades, so if you'd prefer to use standard black or gray tones, just let me know before or during the base stage ❗️
✿ Copyright & Usage
1. For personal commissions, neither Lus nor you have the right to redistribute the artwork or use it for commercial purposes - unless the commission was specifically placed as a commercial commission.

2. Lus may post your commission on my social media as sample work. If you'd prefer private commission, just let me know before the piece is finished! Depend on what type of commission, there'll be additional fee.

3. If you'd like to commission me for commercial use (for example: offline events - except for non-profit events, conventions, promotional posts for VTubers, etc.), please let me know in advance! For commercial commissions, the price will be 2x the original rate.

4. Non-commercial commissions can freely print personal products without notifying Lus. For non-profit events, printing is also permitted without specifying the quantity, but please inform Lus beforehand.
